Returns and Refunds

We accept returns in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

• You may return most items within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Custom or personalised products are non-refundable, unless faulty.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
