Refund Policy

At Top Notch Home and Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted product. As many of our items are made to order or customised to your chosen specifications, different returns and refund conditions may apply.

You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

We will always repair or replace a flawed product first before considering a refund as we make them to order. Refund processing time is up to 10 days

Please contact us as soon as you notice a fault or defect so we can assess the issue and arrange any necessary repairs.

Please be aware that the guarantee may be invalid if the product has been misused, installed incorrectly, or used in an environment for which it was not designed or manufactured.

Any issue must be reported within seven days of first being noticed. Please email contact@topnotchhome.co.uk with clear photographs of the affected area, along with a full photograph of the product. We will then advise you on the next steps or request any further information required.
